Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a large retail property portfolio.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Assist with rent collections, delinquency reports, and lease documentation.
Assist in the day-to-day management of retail properties, ensuring high operational standards.
Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections.
Monitor compliance with lease agreements, building codes, and safety regulations.
Maintain and track certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors, ensuring compliance with lease requirements.
Assist with the implementation of property improvement projects and renovations.
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and service requests promptly.
Assist with lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
Provide support for tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition.
Prepare and distribute tenant notices, reminders, and property updates as needed.
Assists with efficient property operations, tenant relations, financial management, and maintenance oversight.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate.
Prefers experience working on a retail portfolio
