JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
SUMMARYReporting to the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing essential support in the management of residential and commercial properties. Working closely with the Property Manager, this position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, and maintenance coordination, ensuring optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, property management or customer service.
Technology Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related mail operation services software applications.
Language Skills: Excellent ability to read and interpret documents such as legal files, business correspondence and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and business correspondence; ability to speak effectively, both in person and by telephone, to customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; ability to understand and interpret statistical reports, data charts and graphs.
