We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to support our clients in their recovery journey. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to program expectations, participating in treatment planning, assisting with daily activities, facilitating groups, providing transportation, and creating a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities include encouraging clients to adhere to program expectations and rules, participating in treatment teams and documenting client progress, facilitating group sessions and educational programs, providing transportation and support daily activities as needed, maintaining a safe and clean environment, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to program policies and procedures. In Residential Facility settings, duties include admitting, supervising, monitoring, transferring, and discharging clients/patients, monitoring vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and medication administration, assisting with personal care, ensuring client safety and supervision, and facilitating client participation in program activities and services. In Residential Care Facility (RCF), assist with personal care, monitor vital signs and medication administration, ensure client safety and supervision, facilitate client participation in program activities and services, and assist with admission and discharge processes. In Withdrawal Management, monitor clients for signs and symptoms of withdrawal, ensure safe and effective management of withdrawal symptoms, administer medication as prescribed and monitor effects, and provide support and encouragement throughout the withdrawal process. Education and/or Experience Qualifications include High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years responsible employment; experience in Human Services or related field preferred. Required License/Certification: Within the first ninety (90) days in position (for Residential Care Facility): Become credentialed as a Level 1 Med Aid (LIMA) and be Insulin Certified.
