We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Attorney specializing in Estate Planning. This role will be focused on providing top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele, many of whom are high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, corporate and tax planning, estate administration, and probate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and possess excellent bilingual communication skills. Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal counsel on matters related to estate planning, including drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
2. Advise high net worth clients on complex tax and corporate planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
3. Manage all aspects of estate administration and probate, including the preparation and filing of court documents, representation in court proceedings, and communication with clients and beneficiaries.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to estate planning and tax planning.
7. Provide bilingual services to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication in both languages.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in estate planning, corporate and tax planning, estate administration, and probate.
3. Fluency in English and at least one other language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
4. Admission to the state bar.
5. Proven track record of working with high net worth clients and complex estate planning cases.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, regulations, and complex legal documents.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
9. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
12. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly changing legal environment.
