Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a Medical Imaging Equipment & IT Support Technician with expertise in maintaining and repairing medical imaging devices such as CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-Ray systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience providing IT technical support for networked medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical imaging equipment (CT, MRI, X-Ray).
• Provide technical support to clinical staff, assisting with both hardware and software issues related to imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of medical imaging systems within the facility's network.
• Assist with system updates, software patches, and network configurations for imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and IT-related support activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical imaging equipment repair and maintenance (CT, MRI, X-Ray).
• Background in IT technical support, including knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
