👥 The Role: We're looking to expand our team with talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are eager to apply their expertise and passion to enhance the lives of those we serve. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our clinical team, shaping the future of ABA therapy.
📝 Responsibilities
✴️ Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
✴️ Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).
✴️ Analyze data to inform and adjust treatment strategies.
✴️ Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
🎓 Qualifications
✅ Current BCBA certification.
✅ At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
✅ Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
✅Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.

Pay: $70-$90 an hour.
