Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Boxing Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical education and experience in teaching various sports and activities, including, Boxing, Judo, Karate, and Muay Thai This role involves educating and engaging students of all ages in a gym environment, promoting physical fitness, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Teach various physical education activities including Judo, Karate, Boxing .
• Provide instruction on safety protocols and ensure a safe learning environment for all participants.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and motivation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Organize and lead sports coaching sessions that enhance teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and program updates.

Experience

• Previous experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports is preferred.
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Knowledge of various sports techniques and training methods related to Boxing Judo, Karate, and Muay Thai, or other relevant activities.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where all students feel valued.
