Role Overview As a Branch Manager, you will ensure the branch exceeds customer expectations by creating a great customer experience. You will oversee branch operations, grow deposits and investments, and coach bankers and associate bankers. You will also promote the use of technology to meet current and future customer needs, collaborating with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending for a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the branch to deliver a world-class customer experience. Educate clients on digital banking and investment platforms. Build community partnerships to enhance local market presence. Create an engaging environment encouraging exceptional customer service. Coach and develop team members to deliver superior service. Maintain a strong control environment, adhering to risk and compliance policies. Use branch scorecard data to develop growth strategies. Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership with success in coaching and empowering teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities across branch locations. Experience in risk management and operational integrity. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications College degree or military experience. 2+ years in management or retail banking, or similar leadership roles. Strong aptitude for technology and influencing others. Adaptability to changing environments and decision-making skills. Training & Travel Completion of Branch Manager training required. Willingness to travel for training and meetings, including out-of-state. Regulatory & Compliance This role requires compliance with Dodd-Frank/SAFE Act regulations, including NMLS registration and background checks. Employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
