Bucket Truck Service Electrician
Erwin Electric, Inc. is an established locally owned electrical contracting company, with an excellent reputation in the community since 1997. We are a W/MBE and DBE-certified electrical contracting corporation experienced in commercial, industrial, residential, and government work. Erwin Electric, Inc is currently seeking a Bucket Truck Service Electrician to join our growing team in the Tampa Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Safely operate a bucket truck to access overhead electrical lines and fixtures.
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide estimates, and explain work performed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Valid electrician’s license and relevant certifications.
• Experience operating a bucket truck and working at heights up to 135ft.
• Experience working along with other subcontractors such as auger companies, crane operators etc.
• Experience with Lulls and removing light poles is recommended but not a requirement
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions and at heights.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Compensation:

• $24-$30
