THE WORK
Coordinates the planning, organization, control, execution, and completion of projects supporting manufacturing operations. Directly supports Operations leadership with data analytic, and special projects as assigned. Frequent presentation to senior leadership.
Act as Operations Excellence Team Coordinator. Drives the implementation of Operations Excellence Teams in the manufacturing organization. Facilitates team membership, the establishment of goals and works with the team leaders, sponsors and support members to achieve the objectives. Works with leadership locally to resolve issues, assures member participation, drives metric development and the scoring system and reporting for team performance. Provides focus, communication, training and direction to teams ensuring goals are met or exceeded. Works with other site coordinators on OET activities and the consistency of awards and recognition. Facilitate OET Leader development.
Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. May function in a project leadership role.
Applies extensive expertise in use of data analytics and financial management. Has full knowledge of the tools such as Excel, Solumina, SAP, Tableau, sharespace, MS Teams and Sharepoint, operations finances and earned value management. Stays current with relevant emerging technologies.
This role is an influential leader and must be able to work across functions and across sites, as well as work with peer, subordinate groups and senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications:
- Quantitative research and analytical skills.
- Expertise in Excel, SAP, Solumina, Powerpoint and Tableau
- Earned Value training
- Able to interface effectively with diverse groups and functions to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
*Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship.
Desired Skills:
- Control Account Manager
- Project Management training.
- Certified Greenbelt or Blackbelt
- Experience as a manufacturing supervisor or manager role in a represented environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
