We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team! In this role, youll provide exceptional cleaning services across various settings, ensuring carpets and floors are spotless and well-maintained. Were seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent results. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to help grow the carpet cleaning division of the company and can effectively sell jobs. The ideal candidate would have experience in carpet restoration/cleaning as well as experience talking to customers in commercial and residential applications. You would be in charge of creating your own schedule. This position is commission based, and the sky is the limit!

General Duties:

• Safely drive and carefully maintain the Company van.
• Effectively communicate with Clients and Manager.
• Evaluate each job site to make appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Operate truck mounted steam cleaning carpet equipment.
• Perform challenging physical tasks throughout shift.
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Available to work weekends as needed.
• Great attitude & cheerful disposition
• Effective time management
