Job Title: Change Management (Mid to Sr Manager) Location: SF (Hybrid Mode) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand change impacts and support implementation. Design, develop, and deliver change management communications, training programs, and support materials. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation tactics to support a smooth transition. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to help them support their teams through change. Monitor and evaluate change adoption, collecting feedback and adjusting strategies as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement of change management frameworks and tools within the organization. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5 –7+ years of experience in change management or related roles (depending on seniority). Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives. Skills: Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work across organizational levels and with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, JIRA, etc.).
