Description Summary: Reporting to the VP, Leadership, Talent and Organizational Transformation and Change, this is a highly visible role requiring a professional with the strongest standards of excellence focused on delivering best practices and ensuring effective, high-impact results across the system. The Manager of Organizational Transformation and Change Management is responsible for providing practical organizational change management strategies and plans for changes driven by one or multiple initiatives. The role is responsible for conducting change management assessments, strategy development, planning, leadership engagement activities, communication planning, and organization alignment; as well as assisting in building the change management capability across the organization. While this role will not have direct people management responsibilities, this role will have to influence others in the organization to be successful. The Manager of Organizational Transformation and Change Management will function as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of Change Sponsor. This role will also provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their teams and direct reports through significant change. Responsibilities: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across strategic initiatives. Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with leaders to define clear change objectives, develop strategic implementation plans, and establish success and adoption metrics. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage relevant organizational stakeholders, ensuring effective communication regarding their roles and impacts throughout the process. Risk Mitigation: Identify, analyze, prepare change risk mitigation tactics. Resistance Management: Identify potential sources of resistance and devise strategies to address and mitigate challenges. Consult and coach project teams and project leaders on the change process. Support and engage senior leaders on their role as sponsors. Change Network: Build and manage change champion networks on change initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that change initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor and Evaluation: Define metrics and measure overall effectiveness of the change management and monitor progress. Maintain and Model Nuvance Health Values. Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as required.
