About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to join its global team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Legal and Compliance leadership, with a primary focus on overseeing enterprise compliance initiatives and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance policies. This role is pivotal in maintaining a strong compliance culture, establishing global standards and procedures, and driving the development of best-in-class compliance programs. The Chief Compliance Officer will also be responsible for acting as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and coordinating global compliance activities. Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of international compliance program leadership experience, with a preference for those with exposure to a range of corporate compliance best practices, including anti-corruption, competition law, sanctions, fraud, conflicts of interest, internal investigations, and cyber security. The role requires a candidate who can demonstrate a proven track record in compliance program governance and the ability to effectively identify, prevent, detect, and correct noncompliance. The Chief Compliance Officer will be expected to have a strong educational background, with a degree in law, business, or a related field, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
