About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead its global compliance program. The CCO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those applicable to the healthcare industry. This includes maintaining a robust monitoring program, providing training and support on complex compliance issues, and working closely with business leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks. The role also involves leading investigations of non-compliance and managing a team of compliance professionals. The CCO will be a key member of the Law Leadership Team and must be prepared to occasionally travel internationally to support global compliance efforts. The company values creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in a similar role within a global healthcare company, with a JD from a leading law school and a strong background in healthcare compliance. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should possess specialized skills in change management, cross-cultural communication, and a deep knowledge of U.S. and international compliance laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The role requires a proven track record of leadership, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and a strong focus on problem-solving and proactive compliance management. A license to practice law and experience in both law firm and corporate settings are preferred.
