Description:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with broad expertise in land development and/or site/civil/heavy construction project management to perform investigations and analyses, prepare reports, and provide expert testimony where technical knowledge, skill, experience, training and/or education are needed to help resolve civil litigation and insurance claims.
The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management experience, plus at least some design experience, in land development, including a thorough working knowledge of contracts, safety, construction means & methods, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor management, and quality control. Experience in community development or residential land development is preferred. Some experience in commercial land development, commercial construction, single-family home construction, commercial recreational construction, and/or heavy construction is a plus.
