Description:

We are looking for CNC Machine Attendants , who will produce quality parts as quickly and efficiently as possible. This full-time position is based out of Cashco, Inc. headquarters in Ellsworth, KS.

First shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Second shift: 1 - 11:30 pm (Monday - Thursday)

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload machines to produce parts that represent the output of the machine shop.
• Deburr to complete parts after the CNC process has been completed.
• Move parts to the deburr area to promote the flow of parts out of the machine shop and to maintain efficiency.
• Accountable for efficiency to produce parts to support the work cell setter.
• May make limited decisions regarding his/her own work.
• Works in strict adherence to guidelines, deviations must be authorized by supervisor.
• Keep area clean to support the 5S objectives.

Education:

• High school diploma, or equivalent.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong mathematical aptitude is essential.
• Past machining experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be extremely reliable and dependable.

Continuous movement of parts weighing up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations are required in all positions.

Education and experience will determine beginning wage.
