WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience): 10+ years in a business analyst, management consulting, or investment banking role. 3+ years' experience managing others with proven leadership skills. Proven experience in data analytics within Health and Welfare benefits administration. Comfort using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Demonstrates a proactive approach, driven by a passion for analytics and a bias for action, contributing to a highly motivated and results-oriented work ethic. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SQL (ideally Python as well). Proven ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Collaborative business partner, adept in building cross-functional relationships to drive business results and identify partner needs. Intellectual curiosity—always willing to get into the weeds to understand the problem at hand. Demonstrates a sense of urgency to overcome obstacles and achieve measurable results. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
