The days and hours for this position are as follows: Sunday Off,Monday Off,Tuesday 7:45am to 4:15pm,Wednesday 7:45am to 4:15pm,Thursday 7:45am to 4:15pm,Friday 7:45am to 4:15pm,Saturday work from home 7:45am to 4:15pm, Mountain Standard Time **?You will be required to work in the office everyday except Saturday.** Your New Job Job Summary: Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for aDispatcherto join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duty functions. Monitor and Dispatch work orders and ensure completion in required time frame. Complete finance report at completion of each Work order. Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner. Monitors and verifies quality control and uniformity of work being completed. Working as a team to complete projects. Helping Project Manager with any other duties as needed REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways GRIT values:Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork Excellent computer skills Forward minded and goal driven Familiar with Microsoft Suite Able to work well without constant supervision DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with Microsoft Office Excel Previous experience dispatching Good with time management Very Organized Great communication skills Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry ATTENDANCE PUNCTUALITY: Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position.
