Location: US:WI:MANITOWOC at our FROEDTERT HOLY FAMILY MEM HOSP facility.

Shift: Shift 4

Job Summary:

Transport and drop off Holy Family patients to their appointments. Pick-ups will be door to door. When needed transports and distributes laboratory specimens, pathology specimens, food supplies from kitchen, instruments for autoclave, Post Office mail.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Patient transportation experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

A valid Wisconsin driver's license is required. Must be insurable by HFM insurance company. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA equivalent is required within 30 days of start.
