Position Summary: Performs drug and alcohol tests on donors

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.

• Rotating on-call weekends/holidays

• Hiring/Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid out in 3 stages through your first (90) Days of Employment

• Pay Increase Opportunity: Your performance and/ or role proficiency will be evaluated at your 6-month mark with an opportunity for an hourly increase of $.75 per hour.

Essential functions and responsibilities

• Drives a truck with attached trailer or commercial truck to client locations and performs drug tests. May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection. May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines. May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications required:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Valid Drives License

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite

• DOT Certified Urine Specimen Collector or must obtain certification within two (2) weeks from date of hire

• DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) Certified or must obtain certification within two (2) weeks from date of hire

• Hair Collection Training Certificate or must obtain within two (2) weeks from date of hire

Qualifications preferred:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Experience driving a truck with trailer or commercial truck (Training provided)

Physical Requirements:

Must speak, read and write in English. Required to talk, listen, walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lifts up to forty (30) pounds. Climbs stairs. Must sit and drive a commercial truck for periods of time.
