Reporting directly to our Email and SMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring email deliverability and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, segment audiences, and deliver personalized and targeted content to our customer base. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms to create and layout email designs. Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, automated workflows, and lifecycle campaigns. Collaborate with Buyers to define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging strategies to maximize customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience. Manage subscriber lists and segmentation strategies to ensure the right messages are delivered to the right customers at the right time. Conduct A/B tests and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution, to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Monitor and maintain email deliverability, compliance, and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates and landing pages. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Adapt to any other email, SMS, or digital marketing tasks as needed. Need-To-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or related field OR equivalent working experience Knowledge and experience designing across multiple digital media and platforms, preferably email & SMS channels Understanding of branding, style guidelines and following style restrictions; clean design sense Strong Technology & Adobe Creative Suite experience, including UX design skills Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to not only use metrics to spot successes/improvements, but strategize how to capitalize on them Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and take initiative Excellent communication, planning, time management, and follow-through skills Natural visual thinker ready to grow and take direction from creative leadership Love-To-Haves: Basic HTML / CSS knowledge 3-5 years of experience in modern eCommerce digital marketing experience, especially related to email & SMS campaigns Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer *Employment offers are contingent on drug-screen and background check.
