Job Purpose
Client & Engagement Manager will work on projects, programs, and activities directly related to achieving the mission, vision, and objectives of the Foundation. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining engagement and participation of clients throughout the entire program lifecycle.

Due to the nature of the Foundation, this individual may work with everyone from clients, volunteers, community partners, management and board members and must be capable of effectively representing the Foundation to a wide variety of audiences. This role is a key to the success of our participants and our programs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and execute activities necessary to ensure client engagement throughout the entire PATHS lifecycle, including completion of required and recommended program activities.
• Work directly with clients to develop and support their reentry plan, including job placement and access to resources from community partners.
• Provide regular in-person oversight and facilitation of PATHS programs at the departments of corrections and community partners.
• Ensure clients have all necessary individual resources for transition including identification, resume, email address, LinkedIn profile, logins, etc.
• Provide group counseling in the areas of substance abuse, trauma/grief and family, as well as one-on-one counseling services to the clients as needed.
• Oversee case management to include the development of individual development and reentry plans, including job placement and other necessary services.
• Maintain consistent post release engagement and provide resources/support as appropriate.
• Monitor, measure and ensure documentation of key KPIs for engagement and results of clients, with a focus on ensuring effectiveness, opportunities for improvement and accurate reporting.
• Identify and incorporate the use of community partners, volunteers, 3rd party providers and outsourced activities to enable/support successful community reentry.
• Utilize technology to track and report on the activities and results of programs, participants, volunteers, grants and partners.
• Plan/Support monthly activities, post release to ensure community building among clients.
• Provide support to housing partners, as needed.
• Provide the support for advisory & board meetings and site visits and audits, as needed.
  

Education and Experience:

• Advanced educations or training in related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of case management, adult education, or non-profit program management
• Experience scheduling/managing and tracking programs or activities
• Ability to travel within Maricopa County and multiple locations
• Ability to clear DOC visitor background clearance process
• Comfortable leading or facilitating training and group discussion sessions; equally comfortable interacting with currently and formerly incarcerated individuals
• Career counseling, addiction/recovery/trauma counseling education or experience
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff, volunteers, and departments of corrections
