Required Skills A genuine passion for English teaching and education. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from different cultures. Flexibility to adapt to various learning styles and teaching environments. Basic knowledge of the Spanish language is advantageous but not essential. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in any field is required. TEFL or CELTA certification is preferred, although not mandatory. Open to candidates of all ages, including recent graduates and retirees. Compensation And Benefits Competitive salary of €16 per hour for 30 hours of work each week. Tuition for the One Year Study Abroad Program with TEFL & Spanish: €2,780. Madrid Lifestyle Program (for TEFL holders) with Spanish: €1,970. A guaranteed one-year student visa, enabling you to live and work in Spain legally. 20 hours per week of accredited Spanish language instruction.
