🔹 Executive Assistant to the Chairman

📍 Dallas, TX | On-site

🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexibility Required)

A private investment firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chairman and provide administrative support to the CFO in Legal, Risk Management, and HR functions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values confidentiality, precision, and proactive problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage complex travel, calendars, and executive-level communications
  • Handle personal finances using Quicken and Excel ; run occasional errands
  • Support office management: supplies, schedules, phones, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with legal and compliance documents, filings, corporate records, and contract tracking
  • Maintain logs for litigation, risk, insurance, and Workers’ Comp reporting
  • Help with onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance tracking
  • Draft and proof executive correspondence; coordinate document flow and notary needs

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • 15+ years of executive-level administrative experience
  • High discretion and professionalism
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office , especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Quicken and familiarity with legal/HR administrative workflows
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
