Home / POSITION / WA – Security Supervisors: Experienced Head Doormen/Team Leaders/Trainee Supervisors Seeking Experienced Crowd Controllers or Crowd Controllers looking to take the next step in their career Multiple hospitality sites all over Perth EXPERIENCED SECURITY SUPERVISORS / HEAD DOORMEN / TRAINEE SUPERVISORS NEEDED NPB Security are currently seeking the services of experienced Crowd Control Supervisors to join our team. Our expanding company has secured multiple new client sites in various suburbs in the Perth Metropolitan Area. The sites span from the Mandurah/Rockingham, through to Joondalup. Successful applicants will be required to regularly work Friday and Saturday nights as a minimum but can work as many as 6+ days a week if desired. Those looking to advance their Crowd Control career and become a Supervisor can join our Trainee Supervisor Program. Exceptional pay rates are offered to the right people. NPB Security service over 100 Hospitality sites, ensuring you will be placed at the right venue that suits you. Great team environment. Successful applicants can expect to work 12 – 38+ hours a week depending on their suitability for our client sites and your availability. Familiar with using a smart phone and computers. Possess a very high level of professionalism. Have excellent public relation skills. Be highly motivated Have a neat and tidy presentation. Have exceptional communication skills (Written + Verbal) Possess excellent reporting skills. Maintain the respect and cohesion of a team at all times. Work with site management. Prepared to work at night and on weekends if required.
