We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyebrow Threader to join our beauty team. We pay $13-$15 base rate but you make up-to $40 per hour with tips and commission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair threading techniques and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied with their appearance. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Duties:

• Perform eyebrow threading services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide additional beauty services as needed, including body waxing, Brazilian waxing, eyebrow tinting, facials, eyelash extensions, eyelash lifting, eyebrow lamination, and more
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in related areas

Requirements:

• Must have Work Authorization in the US
• Must have own transportation
• Proven experience in hair threading; additional skills in body waxing, eyebrow tinting, facials, eyelash extensions, body massages, and product sales are preferred.
• Knowledge of cosmetology or esthetician is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Must adhere to all health and safety protocols within the salon environment.
• A valid cosmetology or esthetician license may be required based on local regulations.
