Responsibilities Earn $15 per hour Weekly pay with overtime after 40 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with 8.5-hour shifts. Operate forklifts to move wooden pallets and other materials throughout the Distribution Center and Reverse Logistics Center. Loading and unloading trucks. Transporting pallets to designated areas using forklifts. Making decisions on pallet movement to maximize efficiency. Controlling lifting platforms to stack and organize materials safely. Performing tasks with extreme care while following company safety procedures. Meeting or exceeding production goals. Requirements 4-6 months of verifiable forklift operator experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check. Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required (eye protection, ear protection at some locations, safety shoes). Good sense of balance and eye-hand-foot coordination.
