We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand stories to life across print and digital. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive designs that resonate with our target audiences, reflect our brand values, and drive engagement.

About the role:

Working as part of the design team you will be responsible for overseeing design and creative work for our business. Youll be designing and creating artwork and assets for a variety of digital and print materials to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, website graphics and content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to design campaign materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, billboards, and print assets.
• Design and artwork visually compelling, on-brand assets across digital platforms (social media, newsletters, ads, website) and print materials (logo, packaging, event invites, brand collaterals, installations).
• Execute creative design solutions for seasonal campaign roll-outs and frequent product launches.
• Assist other designer(s) in creating concepts, comps, layouts, and final art.
• Retouch and edit images for e-commerce and campaign assets to ensure high-quality visuals across all channels.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer, Art Director and the wider creative team to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and align with the creative direction.
• Experience in motion graphics is beneficial in bringing graphics to life with creative edits and animations for various platforms.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 4-5 years of design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and branding.
• Experience with print and web production (formatting, mechanicals, etc.).
• Passion for storytelling through design, with a keen interest in golf being a plus.

Requirements:

• Adobe Creative Cloud products (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.)
• Possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt designs across different mediums from digital to print.
• Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to blend illustration, color palettes, and typography into cohesive and visually impactful designs.
