Are you a good team leader looking to step into a management role at The UPS Store? We are looking for someone that can lead a team and has great customer service skills.
Job description: direct and manage staff, work customer counter, handle customer complaints, printing/copying customer documents, binding and laminating, handle customer shipping claims, pack items for shipment, ordering packing materials and supplies, ordering and pricing office supplies, learn and apply shipping rules, including avoiding hazardous material.
Training: Training will be provided for Point of Sale System, Shipping System, Claims System, Packing and Hazardous Materials Avoidance. Two weeks Certified Operator and Print training in Houston at some point, paid for by The UPS Store.
