Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking both entry-level and experienced General Production Workers for our 2nd shift. The position requires working 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime available on Fridays. The General Production Worker will be responsible for ensuring products are filled and bottled correctly according to specifications. Duties include documentation, adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor line performance and conduct periodic quality checks and adjustments as needed.
• Spot check weights of filled products to ensure correct weights.
• Complete written documentation as required.
• Visually inspect finished products to ensure there are no defects such as broken caps, smudged labels, or contamination.
• Break down lines and clean different parts at the end of the shift or during line changeovers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the line area is tidy at the end of the shift for the next team.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production or fast-paced work environments (including restaurant, warehouse, or other goal-oriented work experience).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Have's. NOT Required)

• Experience with high-speed manufacturing lines.
• Experience with line changeovers.
• Ability to make minor adjustments to equipment.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing environment. The role involves working with various tools and equipment on the production line. The work schedule includes 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.50/hr.
