We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and providing resources to those in need. As a General Volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to: Help organize and set up events, including workshops and our Panic Attack Relief program. Assist in preparing and distributing materials like panic attack relief bags and informational flyers. Participate in meetings every two months to discuss our initiatives and contribute your ideas. Engage with the community to raise awareness about mental health resources and support. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking reliable and enthusiastic volunteers who are ready to get involved and help us make a positive impact. Whether you’re a student, professional, or community member, if you’re passionate about mental health, we’d love to hear from you! Meetings: Volunteers will meet once every two months in the Metro Detroit area. Meetings may be held in-person or remotely, depending on the group’s preference. Authentic Headspace
