We are on the hunt for a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Sales Manager to join our thriving Technology industry team. This is a permanent position that requires a person with a proven track record in , enterprise sales, go-to-market strategies, prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, quota management, customer success, account management, events, and B2B sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your input will be highly valued and impactful.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business objectives. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2. Own and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
3. Utilize Epicor and other tools to manage and track sales activities.
4. Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
5. Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline.
6. Engage in cold calling to establish new business relationships.
7. Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
8. Foster customer success by ensuring high satisfaction, growth, and retention of customer accounts.
9. Manage key customer accounts and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
10. Plan, organize, and manage events to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize B2B sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Tech or Construction Industry.
2. Proven sales experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
3. Demonstrable experience in managing the sales cycle from plan to close.
4. Solid experience with Epicor, CRM software, and MS Office.
5. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
6. Proven ability to position products against competitors.
7. Demonstrable experience in business planning and go-to-market strategies.
8. Proven experience in prospecting and cold calling.
9. Strong experience in managing and fulfilling sales quotas.
10. Proven track record in customer success and account management.
11. Experience in planning and executing events.
12. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
13. A strong understanding of the B2B sales process.
14. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
