The WWT Internship Program is a 10 week summer program designed to give college students an opportunity to experience the workplace prior to graduation and enhance their education. Our program is focused on better preparing students for the business world while providing valuable contributions to our company. WWT interns work in a dynamic and collaborative culture that highlights career opportunities and advancement.

We are now hiring for Summer 2025. The program will begin in May 2025. This application is open from September 2024 to November 1, 2024.

The HR Team provides resources and support for employees to thrive both personally and professionally while providing strategic business insights. The Human Resources team ranges from areas like Recruiting to Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, and HR Systems.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship
  • You must have a graduation date of December 2025 or later to qualify for the program.
  • Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role.
  • Basic understanding of WWT's business practices, community involvement and Core Values
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem solving & analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong independent judgment and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with others
  • Must provide reliable transportation & housing
