The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while helping to navigate complex legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, employment law, compliance, and intellectual property. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the organization's interests. Manage and mitigate legal risks through proactive legal strategies and policies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance and provide training on legal issues. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Assist in the resolution of disputes and manage litigation as necessary. Support the company in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
