Job Details: - Location : 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033
- Training : 1 week, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. 100% Attendance required.
- Post Training: Must be able to work from 10:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday.
- Pay: Starts at $16 per hour, with potential increases after training and performance reviews.
- Bilingual Bonus: Possible pay increase for English Spanish speakers after evaluation.
Primary Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries
- Provide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as needed
- Able to manage 30 to 50+ inbound customer service calls per day
Skills: - Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
- 1+ years experience working with MS Office Suite
- Professional, helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
- Attention to detail
Requirements: - Interviews for this opportunity will be onsite at 6435 Flyers Way Frisco, TX 75033.
- Required to use a wired headset
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
