Information Security Analyst – Onsite | Anaheim, CA | $110K - $125K

A fast-growing, award-winning company in the Consumer Products Manufacturing industry is seeking an Information Security Analyst to safeguard its IT infrastructure and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its systems and data. This role is crucial in protecting IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and mitigating cyber risks.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement security policies and risk management strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats.
• Strengthen network, system, and access security.
• Lead security awareness training and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee user access controls, regularly review permissions, and ensure secure identity management. Implement a strict access control mechanism.
• Apply scientific risk assessment methods to identify threats and vulnerabilities, develop targeted mitigation strategies, and continuously enhance the company's security defenses.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in information security, with a strong background in security event analysis, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of network security principles, intrusion detection/prevention, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
