We are adding an Interior Designer to our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: A professional degree in Interior Design
• REQUIRED: 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or CET
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute and meet project deadlines

• Must be able to provide knowledgeable design input on a range of projects as well as be able to interact effectively with a project team

• Must be willing to assist with the overall effort in meeting client deadlines on all phases of projects and project types
• Must be proficient in developing and presenting finish palettes
• Create functional, attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Support sales team when meeting with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, and renderings) for projects
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
• Must have the ability to work on-site and attend regular project meetings in person, as needed. Flexible remote working eligibility requires 2-3 years of industry experience.
