Our client, an investment advisor, is seeking an Investment Coordinator in their NYC office. The hours are 8am - 5pm (flex for OT) with four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:

• Support team with calendar management and scheduling
• Book travel (hotel, flights, cars) and Visa/Passport renewal when necessary
• Coordinate corporate access for conferences, sell side analyst meetings and NDRs
• Compile and submit expense reports
• Complete reporting for the investment team
• Perform ad hoc duties when needed
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years' experience in financial services
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills
  • Must have Corporate Access knowledge
    Compensation/Benefits:
    • Up to $90K - $110K base + bonus
