Janitorial


Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a linen company in the Shelbyville, KY area, is seeking a janitorial to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm| $15.00

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To maintain the cleanliness of the entire plant inside and outside.

• Maintains the cleanliness of the plant, outside parking lot and grounds around the building.

• Keeps the entire facility as lint free and clean as possible.

• Empties waste receptacles and recycles plastic bags in soil sort.

• Follows standard operating procedures.

• Must meet quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Be on time

• Have excellent attendance

• Meet established cleaning procedures

• Follow all company safety rules

• Be able to work well with a diverse workforce

• Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor

• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Possess and

• maintain

• a positive attitude

• Maintain a safe,

• clean

• and organized work area in line with company policies

• Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise

• Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit

• Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day

• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling
