Job Title: Junior Marketing Coordinator

You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and supporting various projects across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance, including creating reports and offering insights for optimization.
• Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
• Help organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting audiences.
• Manage the brand’s social media presence, including posting and engaging with followers.
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content for blog posts, newsletters, and product descriptions.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs).
• Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
