\n Roles and Responsibilities:
\n- Assist in developing and implementing planning strategies. 
\n- Collaborate with senior planners to analyze project requirements and timelines. 
\n- Conduct research and gather data to support planning initiatives. 
\n- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
\n- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions. 
\n- Maintain accurate documentation and records of planning activities.

\n Qualifications & Skills:
\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
\n- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
\n- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
