Job Description

Description: We are looking for a talented User Interface Designer to create amazing experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience with a range of design skills (such as visual design, design systems, illustration and/or interaction design); with focus or experience in 1 or 2 of these areas. You have a passion for understanding both end user needs and business goals, with the ability to translate these requirements into clean, innovative designs. You are comfortable working in an Agile development environment, and able to iterate based on customer and stakeholder feedback. You will join a team that applies user-centered techniques through research, design and evaluation. You will collaborate with other professionals in user experience, product management and product development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Create design deliverables ranging from simple comps to high fidelity, full spec designs, utilizing UI components from our established design system. • Transform mockups, wireframes and prototypes into beautiful user interface designs following brand and style guidelines. • Assist in the creation of intuitive user interactions and workflows. • Present design concepts to peers and stakeholders effectively, while providing rationale to support your design decisions. • Actively use and contribute new components and design patterns to our growing design system. • Effectively give and receive critical design feedback to improve quality of design. • Display excellent collaboration skills with an ability to build consensus. Skills: Product design, Ui design, Sketch, Figma Top Skills Details: Product design,Ui design Additional Skills & Qualifications: DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience working in an Agile development environment. • Experience with one or more product design methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Lean, SAFe or Product Led Growth. • Understanding of front-end development frameworks (eg. HTML, CSS, Angular) • Experience with geographically distributed development teams. • Experience in industrial automation domain. • Experience in internationalization and cross-cultural design.
