\n Pay Rate: $16.96 per hour
\n Length : through April 2025 with possibility for it to be extended
\n Schedule : M-Th 3:00pm-8:00pm

\n What’s a typical day as a Library Learning Resources Technician? You’ll be: \n\n

\n\t
• Performing clerical and technical duties to support the functions of the college libraries\n\t
• Searching, inputting, and updating online records including bibliographic, patron, reserve, and interlibrary loan records\n\t
• Assisting with integrated library system (ILS) record maintenance and verifying interlibrary loan requests\n\t
• Maintaining accurate files and statistics for interlibrary loans and assisting library faculty in answering user questions\n\t
• Handling circulation, interlibrary loan, and reserve desk services for on-campus and remote users\n\t
• Providing clerical support, including ordering supplies, tracking equipment problems, and scheduling services\n\t
• Training and directing college student personnel with appropriate approval\n

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you: \n\n

\n\t
• Have an Associate Degree or higher in Library Science, or any Associate degree with 16 college credit hours in Library Science\n\t
• Possess computer keyboard proficiency: 35 wpm\n\t
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel\n\t
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a library setting\n\t
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills\n
