Current EHR: CERNER Procedures/Skills required: Physiatrist PAPE/H amp P TBI Stroke Amputations Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings Pre-Admission Screening Review amp Documentation per CMS Guidelines Prescribing Narcotics Expenses: Car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesDoes NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging Malpractice must be included in rates Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate Rates to Submit: Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and training On call Daily -24hrs - to include 9 hours of patient contact and night call Holiday On call Daily- 24hrs - to include 9 hours of patient contact and night call when working on a holiday Weekend call - per 24 hours of call Sat and Sun to include 4 hours gratis Call back - after 9 hours of patient contact inpatient coverage Holiday Call back - after 9 hours of patient contact inpatient coverage when working a holiday Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved Schedule Days, Covering 20 bed Inpatient Rehab Unit- no on call no overtime.
