Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and driven associates from the law school class of 2021 or later to join our M&A and Private Equity teams in Los Angeles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and develop strong client relationships while taking on significant responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on:
• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Minority investments
• Other similar transactions
• General corporate matters
• Manage M&A transactions, including drafting transaction documents, ensuring deal management, and providing strategic guidance.
• Collaborate directly with clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience handling M&A transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms.
• Substantial experience drafting transaction documents and managing deals effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a business development orientation.
• Ability to take on high levels of responsibility and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary Range: $310,000 - $420,000, based on qualifications and operational considerations.
