Pepsi Lipton is a global joint venture organization created between PepsiCo and Unilever. Its a ~$3.3 billion business and one of the big 3 iced Tea companies in the world. Its the market leader within North America and Europe, but has a presence in over 50 markets across the globe.
Tea RTD remains a massive growth opportunity globally, still only accounting for >5% of the LRB market and yet offering distinctive and on-trend tasty refreshment experiences. Building on teas inherent goodness Pepsi Lipton leads for greater environmental wellbeing via an ambitious net zero goal, enhances mental wellbeing through it brand purposes, and improves physical wellbeing though significantly healthier products.
As an autonomous company in its own right, the joint venture has its own board of directors (50% UL and 50% PEP) and global leadership team. With an exciting blend of Unilever and PepsiCo employees its variety of countries, portfolios, capabilities, and bottlers makes this a very exciting place to work! We have 5 regional organizations operating across North America; Europe; Latin America; AMESA & APAC where we are constantly breaking new ground with launches into white spaces (portfolio, channel and geographic).
