Explore our legacy, projects, and opportunities at Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on managing multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing campaigns across email, social media, digital ads, and direct mail to engage target accounts and drive business growth. Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints (email, social media, digital ads, direct mail). Develop and oversee social media strategies to boost engagement, brand visibility, and conversions. Create and manage marketing collateral, including physical, digital, and video content, to support sales, business development, and operations teams. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company values, objectives, culture, and history. Provide support to operations teams by delivering targeted proposal content and promotional materials. Track and report on campaign performance to optimize future efforts. Other related support activities as assigned Relationships: Foster positive relationships with customer representatives, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, safety, CAD/BIM, accounting, IT, and all project teams. Experience / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred. Three to five years of related experience with ABM campaigns, multi-channel campaigns, social media management, and development of written content required. Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including ABM. Strong background in social media strategy and execution. Strong writing and copy-editing capability. Experience in developing a variety of marketing collateral (physical, digital, video). Necessary Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with business development, sales, and operations teams. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe CC, and other related programs Position Requirements: The successful applicant will report to the Longview office and will be required to periodically visit active construction sites, events, and other offices as required to fulfill duties.
