Join our client's team as a dynamic Marketing Communication Manager, where your exceptional communication skills and technical acumen will drive the success of a significant international data center initiative. This pivotal project is at a crucial juncture, requiring a fresh perspective on key program messages to engage a global audience effectively.

This is a full-time 6-month W2contract opportunity.

The role is located in Wilmington, DE and is hybrid onsite 5 days/week.

Marketing Communication Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program experts to revamp and update content on the end-user website hosted on Confluence.
• Enhance existing materials for clarity and consistency, ensuring complex technical information is accessible to diverse audiences.
• Develop a variety of documentation, including online help, user guides, FAQs, and presentations, tailored to specific user needs.
• Oversee the publishing workflow, managing revisions and securing necessary approvals.
• Craft an introductory package that clearly outlines program objectives and execution strategies.
• Document processes related to the program, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records.
• Work closely with technologists and subject matter experts to create impactful communication materials.

Marketing Communication Manager Requirements:

• 9-10 years of experience in technical writing, catering to varied audiences such as technologists, business users, and newcomers.
• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts to fully grasp complex technologies.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a seamless publishing workflow.
• Familiarity with technology concepts, including cloud platforms, mainframe and distributed applications, data centers, and software capabilities.
• Experience with Confluence is preferred.
