A leading global brand in the mobility and automotive sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join its regional marketing team, supporting brand growth and campaign execution across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, supporting distributor marketing efforts, and executing high-impact communication strategies across a diverse and dynamic market.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to support product launches, enhance brand visibility, and drive regional engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in campaign management, cross-border collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional marketing communications plans, including ATL and BTL campaigns.
  • Oversee the coordination of media strategies, content creation, and campaign optimization in collaboration with regional agencies and distributor partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Provide guidance on digital channel strategies, including website content, CRM tools, social media execution, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze consumer behavior trends to inform messaging and content strategy.
  • Support planning and execution of key regional events, product unveilings, and distributor marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal reporting and alignment with leadership on campaign outcomes, insights, and brand strategy evolution.

Internal & External Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Planning, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to local distributors and external agencies across 40+ countries.
  • Collaborate with global marketing counterparts to ensure regional consistency and integration with global brand efforts.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communications or advertising roles, ideally with regional or international scope.
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing performance tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the automotive, consumer goods, or technology sectors.
  • Understanding of Latin American markets and regional marketing dynamics.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or related fields.
  • Based in or familiar with the Miami area and regional media landscape.
